ParyajKing (“we”, “us”, or “I”) built the Boulpam and Paryaking mobile app and operates the boulpam.com website (together, the “Service”). The Service provides lottery results, a Tchala (dream-to-number) dictionary, statistics, a community chat, an AI assistant, lucky-number tools, and related features. The Service is free to use and is offered “as is”.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The terms used here have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service unless otherwise defined below.
Some information (such as saved numbers, preferences, and a local copy of your chats) is stored on your device and is not, by itself, collected by us.

The Service includes community and chat features. Content you post in group chats is visible to other users of those chats, and content you send in private chats is visible to the recipient. Please do not share sensitive personal information you do not want others to see.
Messages are transmitted to and stored on our servers so they can be delivered and displayed, and any media you attach is stored with our storage provider. We may review, moderate, or remove content, and retain records, to keep the community safe, enforce our terms, and comply with the law. You can delete content you posted where the app provides that option, and you may contact us to request removal.
When you use the AI assistant (for example, to interpret a dream or ask a question), the text you submit is sent to our servers and to a third-party AI provider (Google’s Gemini / Vertex AI) to generate a response. We use this input to produce and improve the feature. Please avoid including sensitive personal details in your prompts. AI-generated interpretations and lucky numbers are provided for entertainment only and are not advice or a prediction of real outcomes.
For users who are not subscribers, we show ads through Google AdMob. Advertising partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.

We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand aggregate usage and to detect and fix crashes and errors. These tools collect information such as app events, device information, and diagnostic data associated with an anonymous identifier. We configure analytics to avoid collecting the free-text content of your dreams, questions, or chat messages.
With your permission, we send push notifications (for example, when new results are available) using Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or, where available, in the app’s notification preferences.
Optional paid subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store and Google Play, with subscription status managed by our provider RevenueCat. Your payment details are processed by Apple or Google and are not collected or stored by us. We receive limited information such as your subscription status, product identifiers, and anonymized purchase identifiers so we can unlock features and remove ads.
The boulpam.com website provides lottery results and related content. The website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the site, which may set cookies or use similar technologies stored on your device. Cookies are small files used as anonymous identifiers. You can accept or refuse cookies through your browser settings; refusing some cookies may affect certain features. The app itself does not use browser cookies, although third-party libraries within it may use similar technologies.
We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate and provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related tasks, and to help us analyze how the Service is used. These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Key providers include:

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the purposes described in this policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Chat content and account-related data are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed or upon a valid deletion request, subject to legal and operational requirements.
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. Residents of the European Economic Area, the UK, and jurisdictions such as California may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because the app does not require an account, we identify your data using your device identifier; we may need certain information to verify and act on your request. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@paryajking.com from the device or with the identifier associated with your request, or by using any in-app deletion option where provided. We will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable time, except where we are required or permitted to retain it by law.
We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States. These countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.
The Service may contain links to other sites that we do not operate. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
